From the moment you visit our website or read our brochure, we will be pleased to visit you and advise you the best way to make your special day a great success. We will be able to advise you on the timing of the reception, procedure, quantity of wines and champagnes etc. We will also assist you with your table plan and the lay out of your chosen venue.
On the Wedding Day
We will arrange for our Wedding Co-Ordinator to meet your representative at the venue. They can then finalize items such as the table plan, place names, flowers, wines, champagnes, and any other items you require placed on the tables.
Our staff will then lay-up tables and prepare the venue for your arrival. On arrival at the venue after your wedding our head waitress will then run the reception for you.
Once the seated reception is over our staff will clear all Four Seasons equipment and set up your Buffet Table for the evening.
Four Seasons Cuisine’s experienced staff will take the worry out of your special day, enabling you and your family to relax and savour the moment.

On arrival of Bride and Groom
The bride and Groom to have their Photographs taken with their Wedding Cake, by the official photographer.
Champagne/Prosecco or Pimms Reception
On arrival at your venue the guests will be met by our staff and given a welcome drink of your choice.
While photographs are being taken we will top up glasses if you wish.
When you are ready to start the Wedding Reception your guests will be then guided into the main dining room. Once everybody is in place, our team leader will introduce you to the guests and lead you to your table.
Our staff will start to pour Champagne or Toasting Drink.
Once all the guests have been served, the Head Waitress will call everyone to attention and announce
“The Bride’s Father “ to commence the speeches
After the Speeches
Our Team Manager will then take the Bride and Groom to their Cake and ask the guests if they wish to take photographs, while the Bride Groom cut their cake. Once the photographs have been completed our staff will cut the bottom tier if required.
Please note that this our standard wedding procedure, which should ensure your day runs smoothly. If you wish to employ an Official M.C. we will co-ordinate with him or her, prior to the function.
However, if you wish to change this format, we will follow your instructions.
